For me, harbours and outports are symbols of spiritual movement; expressions of the longing to find one’s place in the cosmic fabric, and in the delicate balance between the desire to explore and the yearning for the comfort of safe refuge.

Blending line drawing and colour is my way of mapping life’s milestones and transcending its turbulence and confusion; doing so allows me to re-imagine such upheaval within a coherent topography of shape and nuance.

The printing of a varied edition embraces uncertainty. Each print is an adventure, an ephemeral step in the life-long quest for creative expression.
